Peer Review Coordinator
Primary Functions:
Establish procedures for identifying and tracking the clinical performance and/or unprofessional conduct issues that warrant peer review. Facilitate the data needs of the Peer Review System. Conduct ongoing evaluation and audit of the timeliness and effectiveness of Peer Review System in identifying and resolving the clinical performance and/or unprofessional conduct issues that warrant peer review. Collaborate with the Chair of the MPRC and the Administrative Chair of the MPRC to make Peer Review System improvements. Ensure the relevant findings, conclusions and recommendations resulting from the Peer Review System are reported as required. Oversee and coordinate Administrative Assistant support of the Peer Review Committees to ensure all peer review activity is appropriately documented and recorded.
