Loan Operations Specialist I
Location: Sarasota, FL
SUMMARY: Assist to book residential mortgage loans and assist within the department to efficiently and accurately process insurance for consumer, residential mortgage, commercial and SBA loans.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: updating all insurance on the core system and sending to third party vendor, process renewals and cancellations as necessary, monitor reporting through third party vendor by mailing notices for expired/insufficient insurance, processes payments from escrow accounts for insurance and taxes.
