POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Accounts Receivable/Collection Specialists primary responsibility will be to make collection calls to customers. He/She will back up posting and reconcile payments using various software programs when needed. He/she will also mail monthly statements. He/she will also pursue collection of terminated accounts.
