Loan Collection Clerk jobs in Delaware

Loan Till Payday provides short term loans to customers via in store, over the phone, and through the internet. We process loans by speaking to the customer and analyzing their paystub, ID, bank statement, debit card, and internal credit reports. We are responsible for processing loans quickly and efficiently while providing down-to-earth customer service for customers who are strapped for cash.

Easy, laid back, small work environment. Must be able to multi-task on 3 screen monitors while talking on the phone to potential customers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns

- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Ability to analyze customer situations and provide effective solutions

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers
