Litigation Support Specialist uses technology to support an organization's litigation efforts. Designs, implements, and maintains litigation databases. Being a Litigation Support Specialist is responsible for the technical aspects of document organization and control, including electronic discovery (eDiscovery). Trains end users in database use and document management. Additionally, Litigation Support Specialist may assist in the preparation of documents or exhibits for trial. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Litigation Support Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Citizenship: United States Citizenship is required
    Work Location: 100% Onsite (Richland, WA LANL Duty Station)
    Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain Q Clearance

    Education:
    Requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of twelve years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At this level, post graduate course work may be expected. This position may be subject to DOE Order 426.2, Personnel Selection, Training, and Qualification Requirements for DOE Nuclear Facilities.

    Operations Support Specialist 4
    Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to, providing guidance on governmental regulations and Laboratory guidelines; conducting incident and general issues management investigations and reporting; participating in or supporting readiness reviews for operations; supporting the activity approval process; developing and maintaining required operational documentation and procedural manuals; planning and budgeting; and providing other compliance and/or quality-related support functions including development of training, delivery of facility-level training, tracking and assurance of employee training; property accountability, and access control. Provides other operational/administrative support functions as required.

    Minimum Job Requirements:
    • 3 years minimum experience with corrective action management and closure, event investigation, critiques and/or effectiveness reviews at DOE site.
    • 5 year minimum DOE Prime Contractor experience, multiple roles, and responsibilities acceptable.
    • 3 years minimum experience as Business/Office Manager, experience gained at non-DOE site acceptable.
