Litigation Support Manager oversees the team that uses technology to support an organization's litigation efforts. Develops and implements policies and procedures for designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases. Being a Litigation Support Manager is responsible for the technical aspects of document organization and control, including electronic discovery (eDiscovery). Provides training to the end users on database use and document management. Additionally, Litigation Support Manager confirms the accuracy of the documents and exhibits for trial. May handle more complex cases. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Litigation Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. The two main goals are to increase family stability and to reduce incidents of child abuse and neglect. We serve as the Region VIII Family Resource Center (FRC), which serves the Northwest Louisiana Region. The FRC offers a continuum of services to families brought to the attention of the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). These services include Nurturing Parenting Skills, Resource and Referral Management, Community Outreach.

Qualifications:
You must possess a Bachelor of Social Work degree or bachelor’s degree in a related field. Examples of related fields are psychology; mental health counseling; psychological counseling; sociology; human service counseling; family and consumer sciences with a concentration in child, family, social services; guidance and counseling; human development counseling; or social services counseling.
A good driving record and adequate insurance is required.
