Responsibilities:
Coordinate Product Development Projects: Oversee and manage the execution of various projects related to product improvements, product innovation or product launches. Drive innovation with the team and seek opportunities to enhance the processes, product, and overall impact on our customers.
Drive ongoing A/B Marketing Experimentation: Continuously ensure a/b tests are run effectively and consistently relating to the funnel, pricing, products & offers, etc. Contribute to the creative testing process and get 1% closer to our targets every day by encouraging a culture of continuous improvements.
Manage Marketing and Advertising Creative Production: Take charge of the media creative process, driving iterations on existing media working with copywriters, video editors, designers, etc, and ensuring all assets are produced on time.
Streamline communication: Develop and maintain internal processes that support the leadership team and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
Maintain Project Management Systems: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives.
Implement prioritization frameworks: Organising and prioritizing work to support the company's north star, enabling key results to be achieved efficiently, and best practices to be upheld throughout the process.
Leadership support: Support the CEO in recruiting, planning company off-sites, team building, etc.
Requirements:
5 years of experience working as a Project Manager, COO, Operations, or in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience in project management within marketing or product development departments.
Exceptional organizational skills with a result-oriented approach, focusing on how to get the job done through prioritization and clear thinking. You’re not afraid to push for clarity and for what you need to get the job done, even if it means annoying other team members until it's done.
Proven track record in managing and implementing digital products and assets, with an affinity for using modern tracking, analytics, AI and project management software.
Embraces their hyper-logical and obsessive organizational skills, who take pride in the quality of their work and who genuinely enjoys being on top of things.
Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring that strategies and projects align with the ever-changing landscape of the beauty and wellness sector.
