Litigation Support Manager oversees the team that uses technology to support an organization's litigation efforts. Develops and implements policies and procedures for designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases. Being a Litigation Support Manager is responsible for the technical aspects of document organization and control, including electronic discovery (eDiscovery). Provides training to the end users on database use and document management. Additionally, Litigation Support Manager confirms the accuracy of the documents and exhibits for trial. Provide personal hygiene care to clients such as showering, toileting, brushing teeth, administering medical treatments as trained and other identified support services. Show respect of client's rights to privacy and maintain professional demeanor.
Ability to be on-call with a flexible schedule and ability to fill or work vacancies as required. Provide managerial oversight for up to 5 employees and 2 clients. Ability to learn and perform scheduling for all employees. Train employees and oversee time compliance. Demonstrate and oversight of legible timely documentation, Coordination of site activities, Budgeting client personal home funds, Schedule and attend medical appointments, Dietary oversight and meal planning/cooking, and Ensure overall compliance with company, county and state rules.
MUST be able to start ASAP. The position works directly with clients and staff IN THE CLIENT HOME 40hrs/week, plus more pending client needs. The shift is evenings and does involve some weekends. The shift could involve some day shifts due to client appointments or day programming closure. Pay includes benefits to be discussed at time of interview.
