Litigation Support Manager oversees the team that uses technology to support an organization's litigation efforts. Develops and implements policies and procedures for designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases. Being a Litigation Support Manager is responsible for the technical aspects of document organization and control, including electronic discovery (eDiscovery). You will be responsible for variety of legal research and writing activities that will provide support to our attorneys. Specific responsibilities include setting up appointments for attorneys; necessary correspondence letters and legal documents between attorneys and clients; setting up depositions; file pleadings with Federal Courts; preparing legal pleadings and trial exhibits.
