Litigation Support Manager jobs in Lebanon, PA

Litigation Support Manager oversees the team that uses technology to support an organization's litigation efforts. Develops and implements policies and procedures for designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases. Being a Litigation Support Manager is responsible for the technical aspects of document organization and control, including electronic discovery (eDiscovery). Provides training to the end users on database use and document management. Additionally, Litigation Support Manager confirms the accuracy of the documents and exhibits for trial. May handle more complex cases. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Litigation Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Litigation Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     About your Role: 

    As a Family Support Case Manager, will work under the direct supervision of the Family Support Unit Director focused on completing risk and safety assessments, progress notes, service plans and all other program documentation required. Providing clinical, behavioral and psycho-educational treatment modalities based on the completed assessments conducted through family, group therapies and supervised visitation which is focused on empowering families in developing skills to utilize during familial interactions. This position requires transporting clients and families as needed across the assigned community.

    Does the following apply to you?
      

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Family Studies or other Human Services related field; OR
    • Associate’s Degree in a Human Services related field with a minimum of two (20 years of experience working with children and families
    • CAN or LPN with a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children and families
    • Satisfactory results of PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
