Litigation Support Manager oversees the team that uses technology to support an organization's litigation efforts. Develops and implements policies and procedures for designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases. Being a Litigation Support Manager is responsible for the technical aspects of document organization and control, including electronic discovery (eDiscovery). Provides training to the end users on database use and document management. Additionally, Litigation Support Manager confirms the accuracy of the documents and exhibits for trial. May handle more complex cases. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Litigation Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Litigation Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     About your Role:

    As a Case manager, you will work with children, youth and their families involved in the Child Welfare system. You will provide support, education, and community resource links to necessary services. Meeting with the children and their families in the foster or family homes, you will provide supervised visitation, transportation when needed, parenting and life skill training, substance abuse, budgeting, meal planning, housing, and employment education and assistance. You will work a flexible schedule to suit your life and the needs of your client, and be available for after hour calls to address crisis situations. You are supported in your work through weekly supervision, trainings, and staff meetings with fellow office team members.

    Does the following apply to you?


    At least one (1) of the following:


    • High School Diploma or equivalent or Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of four (4) years of full-time casework experience working with children and families focused on the protection and care of a child; OR
    • Bachelor’s Degree; OR
    • Master’s Degree

    AND

    • Valid driver’s license in good standing and active vehicle insurance
