Ensures contract compliance of contracted services including: Copy services, Courier Services, Managed Print services, Hospitality, Imaging and Mail services. Responsible for selecting and assessing talent, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee retention, staff training & development, succession planning, and conducts performance management that includes employee counseling.
