Litigation Manager jobs in Rock Springs, WY
Litigation Manager provides guidance and advice to a staff of paralegals or legal assistants involved in prosecuting or defending lawsuits. Monitors timelines and work progress to ensure work is completed on time. Being a Litigation Manager conducts new hire and ongoing training sessions. Requires a thorough knowledge of the organization's products/services. Additionally, Litigation Manager requires a bachelor's/master's degree. Typically reports to the top legal executive/general counsel. The Litigation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Our court reporting firm is actively seeking a part-time enthusiastic office assistant. Our team works in a fast-paced, yet casual and fun environment. Position hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (somewhat flexible)
Position pay is $18.00/hr.Responsibilities

- Ability to photocopy and bind per instruction
- Ability to sort, file and email
- Answer and manage phone calls
- Precise calendar entry

- Ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented is a MUST
- Must show initiative
- Positive attitude
- Ability to maintain professional relationships
