Litigation Manager provides guidance and advice to a staff of paralegals or legal assistants involved in prosecuting or defending lawsuits. Monitors timelines and work progress to ensure work is completed on time. Being a Litigation Manager conducts new hire and ongoing training sessions. Requires a thorough knowledge of the organization's products/services. Additionally, Litigation Manager requires a bachelor's/master's degree. Typically reports to the top legal executive/general counsel. The Litigation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Our law firm has a position for a Junior Associate Attorney, including First Year Attorneys, for civil litigation matters. Starting salary is between $85,000 and $110,000 depending on experience, plus PTO, 401k, Insurance, Bar Dues and CLEs covered, as well as the mentoring and training that is on-going. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated attorney to join our legal team. As an Associate Attorney, responsibilities include providing legal support and assisting in the representation of the firm's clients in various legal matters generally involving business disputes, real estate controversies, and other civil matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, learn, and work on legal research (Westlaw) and writing, as well as the opportunity to get courtroom experience.

    Responsibilities:
    - Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues
    - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
    - Represent clients in court proceedings
    - Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
    - Attend client meetings and communicate effectively with clients

    Experience:
    - The Florida Bar license to practice
    - Strong legal research and writing skills
    - Confidence in legal drafting, research, writing, and analysis
    - Familiarity with legal research tools such Westlaw and case docket searches
    - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
    - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work product
    - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
