Monitors timelines and work progress to ensure work is completed on time. Being a Litigation Manager conducts new hire and ongoing training sessions. Requires a thorough knowledge of the organization's products/services. Additionally, Litigation Manager requires a bachelor's/master's degree. Typically reports to the top legal executive/general counsel. The Litigation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. We are looking for a skilled litigation paralegal to work with attorney Mark S. Peters, Esq. in various civil litigation matters, including Family Law, Personal Injury, and Commercial Litigation. You will be responsible for the coordination of all the details before, during and after trial. We are looking for a person who will be able to provide support during all phases of the litigation process; from participating in initial client intake to conducting discovery through trial.
