Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in a wide array of intricate litigation matters, addressing the nuances and complexities of each case with finesse and strategic acumen.
• Professional Negligence Defense, Insurance Disputes, and Personal Injury
• Specifically, address immediate needs in these critical areas, leveraging your expertise in legal research and writing, conducting depositions, managing cases, and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, dissecting legal challenges, and devising innovative strategies to overcome obstacles.
• Communication Prowess: Excel in both written and verbal communication, presenting compelling arguments, and articulating complex legal concepts with clarity and precision.

Qualifications:

• Active Nebraska Bar License in good standing
• General Litigation Experience
• Demonstrated experience in handling diverse litigation matters, showcasing your versatility and adaptability in legal practice.
• Law & Motion Proficiency: Background in Law & Motion practice, enabling you to navigate procedural aspects with confidence and expertise.
• Court Clerk Experience: Previous exposure working with judges or as a law clerk within the court system, providing valuable insights into judicial processes.

Schedule and Location:

• Full-time position in Omaha, NE
• Stable Monday to Friday work schedule.
