Stafford Rosenbaum is seeking a legal assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation to join the firm’s litigation team in its Madison office. The litigation assistant is responsible, among other things, for assisting with litigation matters under the supervision of attorneys of the firm.
The candidate filling this position will possess an advanced knowledge of litigation, including preparing and filing pleadings, trial preparation, calendar deadlines, discovery, client communications, scheduling, and maintaining litigation files.
