Litigation Manager jobs in Clarksville, TN

Batson Nolan PLC is currently seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our Clarksville office. The firm may consider a hybrid work arrangement for candidates with adequate qualifications and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Order, track, and summarize medical records
• Draft discovery to opposing parties
• Answer discovery from opposing parties
• Experience communicating with clients
• Manage attorney calendars and track litigation deadlines
• Prior experience in all aspects of litigation, discovery, and motions
• Maintain records regarding billable hours spent on specific cases
• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including issuing subpoenas
• Track and manage insurance and subrogation claims
• Manage and organize case files, including maintaining electronic and physical files
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field desirable
• Paralegal certificate helpful but not required
• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and producing timelines preferred
