Candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented and will be familiar with pre-lit and post-lit phases of injury cases. Candidate will also be familiar with preparing demand packages, complaints, discovery, motions, and trial preparation documents.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain communication with clients throughout the litigation process
· Draft complaints and other legal documents
· Prepare cases and exhibits for trial
· Investigate facts, interview witnesses, and analyze evidence
· Prepare discovery documents and responses
· Conduct legal research
· Monitor and ensure compliance with statutes of limitation and other deadlines and rules
Qualifications:
