Record Intake Processor/Records Clerk
Full-Time, hybrid - 3 days onsite in our Chesterland, Ohio office
Litigation Management, Inc. (LMI) is seeking a Record Intake Processor to handle incoming mail receipts as a result of record requests; as well as preparation of outgoing requests for records and other correspondence. This position is accountable for scanning in paper mail receipts as well as processing electronic mail receipts. The Record Intake Processor adheres to client retention protocols and is responsible for preparing documents for storage and/or destruction based on a pre-set schedule.
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, working a hybrid schedule. Schedule is during normal business hours. You must have your own desktop or laptop and second screen to work when at home - we do not support Chromebooks or tablets.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, MS Excel and internet research.
- Prior record intake or mail room
- experience preferred
- Must have the ability to identify components of a legal and medical record. Medical terminology is a plus.
- Data entry and document scanning/coding experience preferred
- Working knowledge of business equipment, (i.e. fax, scanner, copier, etc.)
- Ability to comply with privacy and security policies and procedures
- Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking and make independent decisions
- Research and investigative skills
