Linen Room Attendant ensures the delivery of clean uniforms, towels, and linens to clients. Duties include sorting, assembling, and wrapping linen packs and restocking as needed. Being a Linen Room Attendant tracks linen usage and provides clean linens as requested. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. The Encore Boston Harbor Linen Runner – Spa will be responsible for ongoing coordination within the Spa Department. Responsible for supporting and assisting the spa staff to service the spa and maintain the cleanliness of all spa rooms and back of house by ensuring adequate linen par levels based on business demands. This includes, but is not limited to: maintaining processes, scheduling, and supporting department team members and maximizing opportunities for departmental success; maintaining all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.

Age, Gaming and Certifications:
18 years of age or above.
Will be required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
Education and/or Experience:
High school or equivalent degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a demanding high volume luxury spa or resort environment preferred.
Language Skills:
Conversational English required. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests.
Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
