Job Overview: A Line Cook/ Prep Cook is responsible for the day to day production of menu items to the company standards set by the culinary team/ Executive Chef.
Responsibilities and Duties: Execute and prepare all menu items to specification and present picture perfect meals to the our guest. Execute production; 100% to recipe set forth by the Executive Chef. Uphold and exceed of house cleanliness standards Report all back of house equipment issues to supervisor immediately (i.e. a below normal cooler temperature, worn or broken equipment).
