- Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipe - For either Casual Dining, Sports Bar, Team Member Dining Room, Banquets, Outdoor Events, Racing concession or Steakhouse.
- Prepare, plate, and present food products of various cooking methods in order to assist in reaching guest satisfaction, workforce strength, profitability, and compliance goals.
- Report to Sous Chef at start of shift to receive instructions as daily specials or menu changes.
- Communicates station needs, waste, and discrepancies with sous chef.
- As directed by sous chef, prepare and present menu items according to recipe specification and presentation expectations.
- Assist in other areas of kitchen as directed by Sous Chef.
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.
- Set-up & maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
