Follows all applicable guidelines and regulations for food handling and safety. Additionally, Line Cook - Casino maintains a clean and orderly workstation and kitchen equipment. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a sous chef or executive chef. The Line Cook - Casino works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. The Line Cook will prepare high quality food products for Coeur dAlene Casino Resort Hotel/Twisted Earth Golf Course guests while ensuring a clean and productive environment.

Education/Experience:
Level 1:
Minimum of six months previous line cooking experience in a full service restaurant and successful completion of either the written test level 1 or cooking test level 1.5 required.
Level 2:
Minimum of two years previous line cook experience in a full service restaurant and successful completion of either the written test level 2 or cooking test level 2 or successful completion of both the written test level 2 and cooking test level 2 required.
