Job Overview:

The Nightlife Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the nightlife operations at Bally's Lake Tahoe. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Nightlife Manager will collaborate with various departments to curate and execute engaging events, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and contribute to the overall success of the nightlife offerings.

Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive nightlife program that aligns with the brand and attracts a diverse audience.

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including live performances, themed parties, and special promotions.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of talented staff, including bartenders, servers etc.

Maintain high standards of service through ongoing training and development initiatives.

Guest Experience:

Ensure that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.

Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on customer satisfaction data.

Operations and Logistics:

Oversee the night-to-night operations, including setup, breakdown, and logistics for events and promotions.

Collaborate with vendors to secure entertainment, decor, and other elements necessary for successful events.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage budgets for nightlife operations, including cost control measures and revenue optimization.

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

Marketing and Promotion:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies to drive attendance and revenue.

Utilize social media and other channels to create buzz and awareness for upcoming events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in nightlife or event management, with a successful track record of executing memorable events.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of local and industry trends in nightlife and entertainment.
