THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE AS OUR KENNEL MANAGER

As our Kennel Manager, you play a pivotal role in onboarding new team members, imparting your knowledge and expertise to ensure they understand and adhere to our high standards and procedures. You'll also oversee kennel tech duties like feeding, administering medications, orchestrating playtime, bathing, and maintaining a pristine environment. In this dynamic role, every day presents new opportunities to create memorable experiences for both pets and their owners. QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of management experience leading a team of 5 or more staff
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand on concrete for up to 9 hours a day
• Reliable transportation
• Great multitasking skills and the ability to independently solve problems

While pet care experience is a plus, it's not a necessity. Your passion for animals and dedication to exceptional care are what matter most to us!

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full-time with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Our ideal candidate should demonstrate open availability, readiness to work any shift, and a commitment to extended hours when needed, ensuring the consistent care of our pets.
