Job Title: Production Director

Congregation: New Life Downtown

Department: Production

Reports to: Worship Pastor Micah Massey

Status: Part-Time 6-8hrs/week

New Life Church's mission is to make disciples in the Pikes Peak region, by calling people to worship, connect and serve.

To serve New Life Downtown by providing leadership and support in production/audio for Sunday morning services.

• Maintain, purchase, develop New Life Downtown production/audio equipment.
• Responsible for overseeing all production/audio aspects of Sunday morning services.
• Recruit, lead, and develop the production/audio team.
• Build relational strength within the production/audio team and between production/audio and worship team.
• Work with the NLD Worship Pastor to form and shape the NLD Worship sound.

• Strong organizational and office skills
• Ability to handle constantly changing priorities and demands.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetical functions.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively and tactfully at all levels.
• Personable and helpful attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and to complete projects with little guidance
• Able to work under pressure
• Maintain the confidentially of sensitive information

Physical Demands

• Moderate to considerable physical activity; requires handling of objects up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, bending, and squatting, crawling in tight spaces, and use of protective equipment.
• Work environment may involve some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
• Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
