The Licensing Specialist will work closely with various departments to obtain, renew, and maintain licenses, as well as monitor changes in regulations that may impact licensing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research on licensing requirements and regulations applicable to the industry.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for license applications and renewals.
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely license applications to regulatory authorities.
    • Maintain an organized database of all licensing-related documents, renewals, and expirations.
    • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect licensing requirements.
    • Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders regarding licensing matters.
    • Ensure all licenses are up-to-date and compliant with state and federal regulations.
    • Collaborate with legal counsel to address any compliance issues and mitigate risks.
    • Assist in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures related to licensing.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in licensing and compliance.
