Are you detail-oriented and customer focused? If so, MWA Financial Services, Inc. (MWAFS), a registered broker/dealer, investment adviser and wholly owned subsidiary of Modern Woodmen of America is seeking a Licensing and Registration Analyst to work closely with the Licensing and Compliance teams to assist in daily licensing and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to applicable securities rules and regulations. You will be responsible for creating, organizing and maintaining licensing files and policies and procedures.

What would you do?

• Monitor the Licensing team email for department and representative requests and inquiries to representatives’ licensing and registration details.
• Monitor, review and analyze daily queues for representative changes and begin the workflow process to update changes across company systems.
• Facilitate the maintenance of representative records within Modern Woodmen, MWAFS and regulatory systems.
• Build positive relationships by providing professional, friendly, and timely service and guidance to representatives via phone and email.
• Track and process representatives’ completion of annual regulatory continuing education requirements.
• Assist senior licensing staff with the dissemination of information and collection of fees surrounding the annual licensing renewal program.
• Assist with various statistical reporting as needed.

What do we expect from you?

• Ability to pass FINRA Series SIE exam within 90 days of hire. We provide time to study during work hours to help you achieve this goal.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service, data entry and business writing.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks to work both independently and with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Teams, and other computer-based programs.

Additional information about this opportunity:

• The hourly pay for this position is $21.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
• This is a hybrid position (3 days in office/2 days work from home (WFH) per week), located at Modern Woodmen’s home office in Rock Island, IL. Must be able to work in the office 5 days per week for initial job training. Some WFH days during training would be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
• This is a full-time position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7:00AM-9:00AM.
