Licensing & Permit Manager
STRUCTURE
SCOPE
Leads the in-house licensing & permit programs for the organization, as well as communicates and follows up with operations, management, employees, merchants, and external licensing partners. Performs day to day duties for licensing programs across the company to ensure timely processing of permits and applications; performing follow-up phone calls to ensure timeliness of response from other departments and state agencies. The Manager also acts as the principal contact and administrator of the company business credit card program to gather credit information, develop credit limits, monitor and function as the primary point of contact for employees with their business credit cards.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
2. High School Diploma is required, Associate degree from an U.S. accredited Community College is preferred.
3. Must have skills in accuracy and attention to detail, including timely follow-up in expediting exceptions.
4. Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
5. Superior data entry skills are a must, and experience in handling licenses and permits is preferred.
6. Must be able to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
7. Must have a high level of attention to detail.
8. Ability to successfully prioritize and complete projects with effective time management skills.
9. Excellent communication skills including ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback and is a solid verbal and written communicator.
10. Effective interpersonal and communications skills.
11. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend and lift/move up to 10 pounds. May lift/move up to 40 pounds occasionally.
