    $75,000-$95,000 estimated annual salary – to be determined based on geography and experience

    Licensing Manager Job Key / Responsibilities:
    1. Oversee the submission process of products, content, or services to the licensor’s servers for approval, ensuring adherence to licensing guidelines and standards.
    2. Act as the main contact point between the licensor's servers and the product development team, relaying feedback, revisions, and approvals promptly.
    3. Coordinate with product development teams to implement licensor’s feedback and ensure that products meet all licensing requirements.
    4. Develop and maintain strong and clear communications with licensors, partners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient collaboration.
    5. Monitor and report on the status of licensing projects, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and compliance issues.
    6. Support negotiations and management of licensing contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and financial terms.
    7. Stay updated on industry trends, licensing regulations, and market dynamics to identify and capitalize on licensing opportunities.
    8. Support the licensing budget, including forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting related to licensing activities.
    Licensing Manager Requirements / Skills:
    1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing, with a proven track record of managing licensing submissions.
    2. Strong understanding of intellectual property law and licensing practices.
    3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships and interactions.
    4. Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    5. Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for managing licensing submissions and documentation.
    6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
