Licensing Manager oversees the licensing of employees responsible for the sale and marketing of insurance, loan, or investment products. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations; maintains all necessary records. Being a Licensing Manager manages license acquisition and renewal processes. Establishes databases or recordkeeping policies and strategies to track the status of agents, applications, and forms. Additionally, Licensing Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Licensing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Licensing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Location: Charlotte, Winston-Salem and Atlanta

    Pay Range: Experienced Sr Resource


    • This position will assist with the volume of contracts in IT Software space.
    • Ideal candidate has proven capability to successfully lead, execute and manage sourcing category initiatives for on-going sourcing activities.
    • Truist sourcing initiatives are key to business initiatives for on-going operations as well as setting foundations for innovation and other new opportunities.
    • In addition to enabling broad, long-term strategic objectives such as enhancing revenue, improving quality and/or efficiency, improving sourcing processes, affecting cost savings, advancing technological development, impacting talent management, advancing teammate capabilities, implementing new product initiatives, or other strategic priorities are objectives of this role.

    REQUIRED:

    • Extensive experience managing and executing Strategic Sourcing events for Software (5 years minimum)
    • Bachelors Degree
