Additionally, Licensing Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Licensing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. As our Licensing Supervisor, you will serve a vital role in our Foster Care program, which offers a family-based placement option for children with serious behavioral, emotional, or medical health needs. Providing support to the Foster Care Recruiting/Licensing Specialists and oversee the development and maintenance of our program operations. This position is focused on the licensing aspect of our program, facilitating meetings, supervising regional licensing teams, approving documentation, ensuring program compliance, and maintaining up to date knowledge of licensing laws and changes.
