Duties:

- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and service providers
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to licensing standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement training programs for staff members
- Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvements as needed
- Assist in the development of program budgets and manage financial resources effectively
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in licensing regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Strong knowledge of licensing regulations and requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
