Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.

    CNO Financial Group is hiring a Manager, Enterprise Licensing to be responsible for growing the agent force across the CNO enterprise. This is accomplished by partnering with sales leadership to ensure candidates have an exceptional onboarding experience from initial interest through appointment. This position will also handle special projects, account maintenance, escalated issues, and will manage a team of agent contracting administrators.

    As a Manager, Enterprise Licensing, your responsibilities will include:

    • Overseeing contracting, appointments and appointment renewals and terminations of agents and field management employees
    • Ensuring that the Company operates its Licensing area in accordance with all state guidelines and regulations
    • Coordinating and overseeing licensing tools and services that Bankers Life provides to its candidates, including state licensing exam preparation tools
    • Oversight of third party relationships and vendors
    • Responsibility for the new product set up on contracting systems
    • Selecting, developing, directing, guiding and training employees within the department
    • Assisting in the development of the budget
    • Building and maintaining relationships with agents, IMOs and Branch Offices
    • Creating reports on a weekly and monthly basis for management
    • Helping set and implement the strategic goals of their department
    • Identifying project and process improvements and implementing them

    What you’ll need:

    • High school diploma or 8 years of experience as equivalent
    • 5 years of experience in insurance, licensing, or contracts
    • Proven knowledge of insurance licensing process
    • Experience building programs around a candidate experience
    • Commitment to working with field leadership and in cross-functional teams

    • Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred OR willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours
