Licensing Clerk assists in maintaining records, compiling information, and submitting forms necessary for agent licensing. Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system. Being a Licensing Clerk updates database, inputs data as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Licensing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Licensing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Summary
The Licensing Specialist is responsible for delivery and assisting families with licensing services to clients requiring foster care and/or adoption services, including therapeutic foster care. The Licensing Specialist is also responsible for associated program support, public relations, outreach, and recruitment.

Schedule Expectations
This position is a salary exempt job that will require some weekends, and evenings work. Along with working our standard scheduled week. The ability to work flexible hours is required to meet business needs. If working remotely, will be required to be available by telephone and email during specified hours as required. Frequent travel required to conduct business-related activities.
