Being a Licensing Clerk updates database, inputs data as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Licensing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Licensing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Essential Job Functions:
Tasks are as follows:- Complete new recruit licensing paperwork
- Order licensing materials for prospects/employees
- Follow up on new recruits throughout licensing process and report progress
- Track exam pass rates
- Complete new rep appointment paperwork
- Book exams
- Maintain new rep licensing files
- Help coordinate new hire orientation
- Complete background checks
- Assist in career fair/recruiting events/interview process
- All other tasks assigned
Education/Knowledge & Skills:- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
