Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system. Being a Licensing Clerk updates database, inputs data as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Licensing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Licensing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. This position is responsible for assisting the Licensing team with all stages of the licensed product approval process from concept through production. This will include taking photographs of products, compiling the photos into PowerPoints, and packaging and shipping product samples to licensors, as well as submitting products to licensors for approval via online portals, communicating any licensor-requested revisions, and assisting internal teams with obtaining style guides, assets, and brand guidelines from licensors.
