Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system. Being a Licensing Clerk updates database, inputs data as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Licensing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Licensing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Responsibilities :
Assist as needed with monthly license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Database maintenance of current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information. Maintain on-site and electronic license files and supply copies upon request.
Daily process of delivered and Interoffice mail.
Prepares reports to support business needs and requests.
Reconciliation and quality control of licensing payments made by credit card.
Perform other related duties to assist with special projects as requested by Management.
