Licensing Clerk assists in maintaining records, compiling information, and submitting forms necessary for agent licensing. Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system. Being a Licensing Clerk updates database, inputs data as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Licensing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Licensing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Annual Salary : $45,.38 / per year
Days worked will be Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.
Travel is extensive. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Minimum Qualifications
Basic Purpose
This is the specialist level where employees are designated as lead workers or backup supervisors to level I and Level II employees.
Responsibilities include assigning caseloads, providing training in caseload principles and practices, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and agency policies, procedures, and practices.
Employees at this level will provide casework services at all levels of difficulty and complexity.
