    Requirements:

    • Excellent reading, oral and written communication skills in English.
    • Experience with local and State regulatory filings required.
    • Ability to gather data, conduct analysis, compile information, and prepare accurate documentation with consistent attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
    • Hyper focused on results and concluding tasks.
    • A desire to impact our client’s projects in a positive way.
    • High-level of maturity, independent judgment, and professionalism.
    • Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure.
    • A strong sense of can-do attitude, ownership over duties and responsibilities.

    Skills/Qualifications

    • 2 years of experience in regulatory filings with local municipality and/or state offices. Paralegal with regulatory filing experience is a plus but not required.
    • E-filing experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but an AA degree candidate with experience will be seriously considered.
    • Advanced proficiency with hands on experience in Microsoft Office 365 including Word and Outlook, DocuSign, PDF and database software.
    • Highly organized, detail and solutions oriented, proactive self-starter able to multi-task and pivot under pressure.
    • Able to handle multiple high priority matters effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Able to work well with others and follow directions.
    • Able to quickly learn government processes and procedures.

    Schedule:

    • Full-time
    • Monday to Friday
    • 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
    • Overtime hours are rare but may occasionally occur.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
