Licensing Clerk jobs in Minnesota
Licensing Clerk assists in maintaining records, compiling information, and submitting forms necessary for agent licensing. Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system. Being a Licensing Clerk updates database, inputs data as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Licensing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Licensing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Overseeing the processing of all dealership state paperwork and submit on time.
Processing all payoffs and obtaining all dealer titles.
Processing all registration for new and pre-owned vehicles
Processing all license plate issuing and transfers
Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV
Enter nerw vehicle purchases into inventory
Bill New Car Deals
Send contracts to the bank
Qualifications
