Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system. Being a Licensing Clerk updates database, inputs data as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Licensing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Licensing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Child Care Licensing Specialist
Annual Salary:
Travel is EXTENSIVE. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Days worked will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Help OKDHS ensure that children in your community are safe at child care facilities! This position is responsible for inspecting child care facilities in local county and surrounding areas, to ensure compliance with regulations. Travel may be extensive, but will be in a state-owned vehicle or mileage will be reimbursed.
