Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system. Being a Licensing Clerk updates database, inputs data as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Licensing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Licensing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. ▶ About This Opportunity
The Supervisor of Licensing is responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of operational licenses and permits for approximately 15,000 corporate and franchise convenience stores. Provides direction, development, and oversight to assigned staff of 10-20 licensing professionals, creating an open, collaborative, environment among peers and direct reports. Develops and implements processes, generates complex and transparent data reports related to internal licensing requirements, and company-wide licensing project initiatives, ensuring transparency for internal leadership and external stakeholders. Liaisons with internal corporate and franchise stakeholders and external operational leadership teams.
