Licensing Clerk assists in maintaining records, compiling information, and submitting forms necessary for agent licensing. Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system. Being a Licensing Clerk updates database, inputs data as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Licensing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Licensing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Licensing Coordinator Compensation
- The pay for this position is $21 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Licensing Coordinator Highlights
- The required availability for this position is
- Mon-Fri 8 : 30am - 5pm
Licensing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Assist as needed with monthly license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Database maintenance of current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information.
- Maintain on-site and electronic license files and supply copies upon request.
- Correspond with federal, state, and local agencies regarding license renewals.
- Prepares reports to support business needs and requests.
- Reconciliation and quality control of licensing payments made by credit card.
- Perform other related duties to assist with special projects as requested by Management.
Licensing Coordinator Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred and have 2 years of relevant work experience.
- 3 or more years of professional work experience
- Administrative could replace but will need licensing experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
