Licensing Clerk jobs in Coventry, RI

Duties

• Assist as needed with monthly license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Database maintenance of current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information.
• Maintain on-site and electronic license files and supply copies upon request.
• Correspond with federal, state, and local agencies regarding license renewals.
• Daily process of delivered and Interoffice mail.
• Prepares reports to support business needs and requests.
• Reconciliation and quality control of licensing payments made by credit card.
• Perform other related duties to assist with special projects as requested by Management.

Required Experience :

• 3 or more years of professional work experience
• We would like someone with license renewal if possible
• Administrative could replace that but will need licensing experience.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field preferred, and have 2 years of relevant work experience.
