We are now hiring a Full- Time Shipping Clerk at our Tupelo, MS facility a manufacturer of commercial seating supplying to the automotive industry.
PRIMARY DUTIES
· Utilize the SAP system to manage and track shipping activities, including the preparation of shipping documents and maintaining records of shipped goods.
· Pick parts from the inventory as per the shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
· Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner, adhering to all company policies and
safety regulations.
· Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that the right products are shipped to the
right location on time.
· Inspect shipments to ensure that goods come in undamaged and correspond with the
provided documentation.
· Resolve any arising discrepancies related to the shipment of parts.
· Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers to ensure smooth
operations.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
