Licensing Clerk assists in maintaining records, compiling information, and submitting forms necessary for agent licensing. Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system. Being a Licensing Clerk updates database, inputs data as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Licensing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Licensing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Position Summary
This position will be responsible for gathering, tracking, and entering Advanced APPS all licensing, training, regulatory and other information as necessary to ensure that all Advanced AgProtection employees; as well as the contractors, agencies, agents, and agency employees that work with AAP meet State, NCIS, and FCIC standards.
