Woodland Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our facility in Elkhart, IN.

The primary purpose is the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $31.50 /hr

Available Shifts:

• Full-Time 6:30 am-6:30 pm and 6:30 pm-6:30 am

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse of this state

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.
• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
