SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
Our Nursing Team supports our various residential locations; each nurse is scheduled to visit 1-2 sites per day. The schedule is developed to maintain a high level of support to clients and unlicensed team members at all locations.
PT or FT Schedules available
$26 - $32 per hour, based on experience
Mileage reimbursement for travel
Stipend pay for answering the Nursing phone support line
SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed as a Nurse in Minnesota
Driver’s License and an ability to drive to various sites
MORE ON THE ROLE:
You'll be on a team of licensed Nurses based out of our headquarters in Saint Paul. You will work together to oversee the mental and physical health of clients residing in our Customized Living and Recovery programs.
Most of the health care provided, such as medication administration and personal care, is delegated to unlicensed team members. The main role of the Nursing Team is to train team members on providing cares based on a client's care plan, answer questions and provide instruction to address health concerns. Our RN team also performs intake and health assessments for new and existing clients on an ongoing basis. Other duties of the role include:
Completing nursing assessments with clients
Answering the phone support line
Overseeing client medical changes
